Mariam Elaidi🇲🇦
Driver · Key Account Manager · Moroccan Car Girls

Two women. Two stories. One adventure.

Mariam Elaidi and Lamyaa Eddamri arrive at Sirocco with different stories and a shared instinct: to be curious, to be courageous, to keep learning. Atlas Rebels is where those journeys meet.
For them, the finish line is only part of the story. The adventure lies in embracing the unknown, discovering Morocco from another perspective and learning from every challenge — creating an experience that stays with them long after the roadbook closes.
They want to represent Moroccan women in adventure and motorsport, and show that there is no single path to the starting line. Their mission is to inspire women to step outside their comfort zones, explore new opportunities and believe in possibilities they may never have imagined for themselves.
Their vision brings together motorsport, adventure, culture, personal growth and social impact. Two women. Two stories. One crew. One adventure. No limits.
For Mariam, the road has always been an invitation: to explore, to challenge herself, to discover what lies beyond the familiar. A Moroccan motorsport enthusiast, driver and Key Account Manager, she brings a love of cars, adventure and new horizons to the starting line.
As a member of Moroccan Car Girls, her passion goes beyond driving. Motorsport is a place to build confidence, embrace a challenge and push beyond her limits. Having studied and lived in different countries, she carries the curiosity and adaptability that come from meeting other cultures.
That same openness finds purpose through JOY Association (Journey of Youths). Mariam contributes to social and community initiatives supporting local communities and young people, from community development and women’s empowerment to educational and humanitarian projects.
Sirocco brings these threads together: cars, teamwork, discovery and the desire to create an experience with meaning beyond the finish line.
Lamyaa has always been drawn to different worlds, new challenges and experiences that ask her to step beyond the familiar. Three years ago, she worked as a tour guide in Casablanca’s Habous neighbourhood. There, meeting new people became a lesson in human connection, sharing and seeing the world through another perspective.
Today, that journey continues through Mentorelles. Learning from women with different backgrounds and experiences, she seeks to grow both personally and professionally — to discover, to listen and to place herself in situations that open new possibilities.
Rallye Sirocco brings this spirit of exploration together with another passion: cars and driving. Challenge, strategy, adaptability and adventure become part of the same road.
For Lamyaa, it is more than a rally. It is a new experience to live, a challenge to embrace and a chance to discover another side of herself.
Moroccan Car Girls (MCG) will be proudly represented at Rallye Sirocco by three crews, bringing together women passionate about motorsport and competition. Their participation reflects MCG’s commitment to promoting and supporting women in motorsport and showcasing the growing presence of female drivers and co-drivers in Morocco.

A Moroccan youth-led association, JOY works where shared purpose meets local action. Its social, community and humanitarian projects support women’s cooperatives, education, medical and humanitarian caravans, community infrastructure and youth engagement. For Atlas Rebels, this partnership is a major part of their social and community mission: carrying the meaning of the journey beyond the rally.
